Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY, RETURNS POLICY, IMPORT DUTY POLICY:

 

Cozy Lab Coats is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. We proudly offer shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. We also offer same day dispatch if items are in stock.

 

2. SHIPPING All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 

4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are sent out again, no problem. This happens rarely but in case if it does the customer will not be charged shipping fee again.

 

6. RETURN REQUEST DAYS - At cozy lab coats, customers are allowed to return  item(s) within a period of 14 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should not be in damaged condition or worn extensively. If a defective product was shipped to you then we will accept return on that, no questions asked. Returns and exchanges are free of charge, and promptly answered.

7. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS- We ship items when restocked to customers who are on the waiting list first before putting them out on store front on website.

8. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES - All prices currently includes duty and taxes for shipments bound to Canada and United States. For shipments to other countries the customer will need to pay duty and taxes separately to their authorities.
