• Returns & Exchange arising due to size problem or product defect are completely Free of charge and promptly answered. Just send us an email at hello@cozylabcoat.com
• Refunds are also promptly processed if you place an order and wish to cancel the order before its shipped.
• IF you wish to cancel order after getting delivery, then we will refund you the full cost as well minus the shipping charge. No questions asked. You would need to send us a return package of the product.
